Cancellation by guest always has to be by email. The following rules for restitution apply:
- cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 75% of the total reservation amount
- cancellation more than 14 days before arrival 50% of the total reservation amount
- less than 14 days before arrival 0% of the total reservation amount
